THE TEAM NEWS
HULL FC
Head Coach: Lee Radford
Squad: Bowden, Buchanan, Connor, Ellis, Faraimo, Fash, Green, Griffin, Hadley, Houghton, Kelly, Manu, Minichiello, Naulago, Paea, Shaul, Sneyd, Taylor, Tuimavave, Westerman
Unavailable: Matty Dawson-Jones, Jack Logan, Andre Savelio, Albert Kelly
- Hull FC made it back-to-back losses as they were heavily beaten by St. Helens thanks to a disappointing effort against the league leaders and will need to bounce back against bottom of the table London.
- Jake Connor and Gareth Ellis are both doubts for Hull after leaving the field with groin and facial injuries respectively last week but are included in the 19-man squad and look to be available for selection.
- Albert Kelly and Andre Savelio both drop out of last week’s squad with hamstring and foot injuries respectively with Dean Hadley and Kieran Buchanan taking their places whilst Chris Green will also hope for a recall after missing out last week.
LONDON BRONCOS
Head Coach: Danny Ward
Squad: Abdull, Adebiyi, Battye, Butler, Cunningham, Dixon, Fozard, Gee, Hellewell, Ioane, Kear, Krasniqi, Morgan, Pitts, Richards, Smith, Walker, Williams, Yates
Unavailable: Eloi Pelissier, Morgan Smith, Olsi Krasniqi
- London showed some character to win the second half against Warrington but it was far too little too late after a terrible first half performance left them 36 points behind at the break with some serious improvements over the 80 minutes needed here.
- Head coach Danny Ward will have to reshuffle his side with Morgan Smith and Olsi Krasniqi both unavailable after picking up knocks last week and that could lead to several more changes in the team.
- Sam Davis and Matty Fleming come into the 19-man squad but that does not give much away in terms of how Ward will shape his side with a restructure in the halves needed following Smith’s absence.
THE PREDICTION
Hull FC will be eager to bounce back from consecutive defeats as they host bottom of the table London but will have to put in a performance after two poor displays in a row. London have also been poor of late and will need to put in a performance of their own but the home side should be too good. They will miss the presence of Albert Kelly but it will present another opportunity for Jake Connor to demonstrate his skills in the halves if he can prove his fitness he can be the key man to guide his side to the win.
