- Huddersfield couldn't hang on against Wakefield as former player Danny Brough came back to break their hearts with a late drop-goal and now the Giants look to bounce straight back as they host Castleford.
- The Giants are still struggling with injuries with youngster Oliver Russell featuring in the halves last week and despite getting some bodies back this week, they have suffered further injuries.
- Jake Wardle and Aaron Murphy are back as well as Joe Wardle and Lee Gaskell who missed out last week despite being named in the 19-man squad but Oliver Roberts and Michael Lawrence are both out.

- Castleford were staring down the barrel of another disappointing loss but produced a brilliant second half display to beat Wigan to maintain their position in the top 5 as they look to keep pace with Warrington and St. Helens.
- Nathan Massey will miss out for the Tigers with a collarbone injury whilst Alex Foster has suffered a knee injury but their loss is countered by the return of a couple of important players.
- Long-term absentee Mike McMeeken is back having only made one appearance so far this season whilst Junior Moors also comes in alongside Daniel Smith who could make his debut against his previous club.
THE PREDICTION
Castleford secured an important win by overturning a 16-point deficit against Wigan last week. They now travel to Huddersfield who pushed Wakefield all the way last week but went down to a late drop goal and that could be hard to bounce back from with Castleford edging this. The Tigers showed some real character in their comeback and are boosted by the return of two important forwards and, whilst they still have some injury issues, Huddersfield have a huge injury list that will hamper them more.
