Algeria vs Mozambique Prediction

Algeria have something of a star studded squad for African standards and they will be expected to qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, sitting above Mozambique on goal difference ahead of this match day.

The north Africans come into this one on the back of a comfortable and impressive 3-1 defeat of Botswana the other day thanks to a strike from Amine Gouiri as well as a brace scored by Mohamed Amoura. They face a Mozambique side that comfortably defeated Uganda by three goals to one the other day.

Algeria, especially with their home advantage, will be firm favourites for this one but it could actually be quite an entertaining encounter with two generally attacking sides.
