Alexandre Muller vs Kamil Majchrzak prediction

Kamil Majchrzak will bid to topple another seed when he meets Alexandre Muller for a place in the last four. 

The Pole has won all four matches on the Moroccan dirt without dropping a set, including an excellent 6-4 6-3 win over Spanish number six seed Jaume Munar.

Last time out Majchrzak took down another notable name as he vanquished Jesper de Jong 7-6 6-1. The world number 122 hit back from 5-2 down in the opener to nick it 7-3 in a breaker before powering through the second set.

It sets up an intriguing first ever meeting with Muller, who was made to work hard to fend off the challenge of Bolivia’s Hugo Dellien. The Frenchman came from behind to prevail 6-7 6-1 6-4, landing nine aces and continually applying heat on his opponent’s serve with five breaks from 13 opportunities. 

Muller has pedigree on clay on Tour having reached the final of the ATP 500 in Rio earlier this year and could prove a hurdle too far for the in-form Majchrzak, who will still fancy his chances of producing another upset.
