Alejandro Tabilo vs Taylor Fritz Prediction

Alejandro Tabilo picked up a straight-sets win over Dusan Lajovic in his opening match running out 6-3 7-5 winner and the Chilean number one will be hoping to build some momentum now. He has not had the best of starts to the year and that victory snapped a run of six successive tournaments where he was eliminated in his first match.

He now meets Taylor Fritz in the third round and that will be a tough test. Fritz has won all three meetings with Tabilo including one meeting at Indian Wells last year.

Fritz beat qualifier Matteo Gigante in his opening match and he will be confident of progressing from this match. He has never lost a set against Tabilo and given how poorly Tabilo has started 2025, we fully expect Fritz to coast to victory here.
