Al Taawon vs Al Hilal Prediction

Al Taawon, in the Saudi Pro League, most recently defeated Damak by three goals to nil last weekend at Al Taawon Club Stadium. That was backed up by a 1-1 draw after 90 minutes against Iranian side Tractor Sazi before then drawing 2-2 after extra-time but managing to squeeze past the Iranians with a 4-2 penalty shootout victory, edging through to the semi-finals of the AFC Cup. They face an Al Hilal side that won the Saudi Pro League title last season without losing a single game but they are now four points behind Al Ittihad at the top-of-the-table, albeit Al Ittihad have drawn their last three matches. Al Hilal most recently overturned a one-goal deficit to defeat Uzbek side Pakhator by four goals to one on aggregate in the Round of 16 of the AFC Champions League. Al Taawon may well be fatigued from their hard-fought clash in midweek and that means Al Hilal are firm favourites for this one.

Al Taawon vs Al Hilal Tip: Al Hilal to win & both teams to score
