THE PREDICTION
Adelaide Crows endured a woeful campaign last time around and won just three games as they finished at the foot of the ladder. That wooden spoon could well stay with them unless they produce a dramatic turnaround in fortunes, although their three-game winning run which came in their final four games does at least give them something to build on. They face a tough clash with Geelong Cats to begin 2021 with last year’s beaten Grand Finalists arriving with the bit between their teeth as they bid to go one better this season. The Cats have won three straight games against the Crows and they should be comfortable victors once again with the margin likely to be at least 14 points.
