THE PREDICTION
Great Britain were frustrated for large periods against Chile in their first group game, but ultimately emerge victorious. They face a tougher test here vs Japan, who are off the back of a 1-1 draw with Canada. An injury to forward Fran Kirby saw the Chelsea star miss Great Britain’s win over Chile and should see remain absent for this one, it would be a blow. However, Great Britain have more than enough quality within their squad to cover for that and they are expected to put in an improved performance here with striker Ellen White looking to add to her goal tally after netting a brace vs Chile.
