Cristiano Ronaldo has currently scored the most goals in the history of the UEFA Champions League final. The Portuguese superstar, who is also the tournament's record scorer with 140 goals, netted four of those goals across six appearances in the Champions League final.

The only other player to score more than two goals across Champions League finals was another former Real Madrid player in Gareth Bale. The Welsh talisman accumulated three goals, his first coming in extra time of the 2013-14 final which saw Real Madrid defeat Atletico Madrid 4-1 in Lisbon.

Bale's second and third goals came as a substitute in the 2017-18 final, with one of those being an incredible bicycle kick as 'Los Blancos' overcame Liverpool 3-1.

In total, 13 Spanish players have found the net at least one in the Champions League final, the most of any nation. Eight goals have been scored by German players, a total matched by Brazilian footballers.
