NUNO BORGES VS ALEJANDRO TABILO PREDICTION

Nuno Borges returned to action last week in Basel after a spell out of action since the US Open and the Portuguese number one was somewhat unlucky to draw Andrey Rublev in the first round. He went down to a 6-3 6-2 defeat and he will now come to Paris hoping to get some more court time and try get a win under his belt.

He has been handed another tough match however as he meets Chilean Alejandro Tabilo. The 27-year-old was also eliminated by Rublev last week but in the following round and Tabilo has at least been managing to get some wins registered in recent weeks.

Interestingly the pair have never met before on the ATP Tour but it should make for an entertaining match. Our prediction is with Tabilo as he is the one with some momentum, he should be sharper than Borges who has played very little in recent weeks and that could make all the difference.
