LUCAS POUILLE VS LASLO DJERE PREDICTION

These two players have some history having met a couple of times before as they split the two meetings one apiece. The relevance of those however is limited as the first was back in 2012 and the last time was 2015. While Pouille was the one to hit the heights and get as high as 10 in the world rankings, it is Djere who is the higher ranked player now at 51 compared to Pouille’s 212 which is largely due to an extended absence through injury.

That said, it is Pouille who is favourite coming into this match and he had to get here the hard way having come through qualifying and looking pretty good in doing so. It is hard however to have much confidence in him and while he is the better player, Djere will be a tough test for him. The favoured play he is on sets and expect there to be over 3.5 with the marginal preference to Pouille.
