LLOYD HARRIS VS BEN SHELTON PREDICTION

Lloyd Harris and Ben Shelton meet on day three of Wimbledon and if their first round matches are a sign of what is to come here, we could be in for a classic. Harris found himself two sets down to American Alex Michelsen but won the next three sets, including two tiebreaks, to progress to the second round.

Shelton’s match against Mattia Bellucci was equally as dramatic as he fought back from two sets to one down to claim the win over five. His encounter was played over Monday and Tuesday so he has had less rest than Harris coming into this one.

Both will know there is room for improvement but the pair will come into it in great spirits after the manner of their victories. It really is a pick’em match where either player could hit some form and grab the win. It is hard to see either player running away with it however and the preferred play here is on over 3.5 sets.
