JESSICA PEGULA VS PEYTON STEARNS PREDICTION
World number six Jessica Pegula is looking strong so far this week and she faces off against Peyton Stearns in the quarter-finals. She has previously played her once around the same time last year and she beat her 6-3 6-4 and she will not be phased despite Stearns playing well this week.
Peyton Stearns has done well to reach this round though she was helped by Madison Keys being forced to withdraw midway through their match in the second round. She was well ahead in her clash against Victoria Azarenka when she had to withdraw also so her confidence will be strong.
That said, she is meeting an in-form Pegula who relishes the hard courts. She is playing well right now and should have too much all-round quality for Stearns.
