HOLGER RUNE VS NUNO BORGES PREDICTION
Holger Rune came through an incredibly tough first round match against Matteo Berrettini in three sets and the young Dane will be hoping to follow that up here.
He faces Nuno Borges who he has played once before last year. Rune won that match in emphatic style 6-0 6-2 in Acapulco and that will no doubt fill him with confidence for this encounter.
Borges is enjoying a career-year and the 27-year-old continues to excel. He came through qualifying and then managed to overcome veteran Adrian Mannarino in the first round in three sets. He will have to up his game however against Rune.
Rune appears to be showing no sign of any of the injury troubles that have affected him in recent weeks and months. The 15th seed will have gained plenty of confidence with his win over Berrettini and he will surely follow that up with another win here.
