FELIX AUGER-ALIASSIME VS ALEKSANDAR KOVACEVIC PREDICTION

Felix Auger-Aliassime appeared to be suffering something of an Olympic hangover in Montreal last week as he lost in the first round to Flavio Cobolli after he came fourth in Paris.

The talented Canadian will be desperate to bounce back and put on a better showing in Cincinnati this week. He reached the quarters in successive years in 2021 and 2022 and he will be targeting a similar showing this time around.

He meets Aleksandar Kovacevic who has had to come through qualifying to reach the first round. He had two tough matches against Pedro Martinez and then Rinki Hijikata, but came through both well.

Assuming Auger-Aliassime’s head is back in the game and he is ready, he has to be favoured to avoid a potential upset and move into the second round.
