FABIAN MAROZSAN VS CORENTIN MOUTET PREDICTION
Fabian Marozsan was undone by veteran Spaniard Pablo Carreno Busta last week in Montreal but it was a close game and he will not be too disheartened by that loss. His form on hard courts this year has been excellent and his performances at Indian Wells and Miami especially will fill him with confidence.
He meets Corentin Moutet who is very much a clay-court specialist. The Frenchman is one who often prioritises clay tournaments rather than seeking to follow the natural path across all surfaces.
This is his first tournament on hard courts all year so it will be interesting to see how he fares. He has had to come through two rounds of qualifying so that is a positive but it is hard to have much confidence in him especially against a talent like Marozsan.
