EMMA NAVARRO VS COCO GAUFF PREDICTION
Coco Gauff may be a reigning Grand Slam champion, but she is yet to reach the quarter-finals of Wimbledon. The worry from her perspective may be that she hasn’t been truly tested yet and fellow American Navarro will certainly prove a challenge. Players like Naomi Osaka and Diana Shnaider have already been defeated by the 23-year-old and her shot accuracy will cause her fourth round opponent problems.
Although Gauff’s style isn’t significantly power-based, that shouldn’t prevent her from asserting dominance over Navarro when taking into account her all-round game. She looks significantly stronger on the grass and is high on confidence having yet to drop a single set. Expect a competitive battle here, but for Gauff to ultimately get the better of Navarro.
