ELENA RYBAKINA VS CAROLINE WOZNIACKI PREDICTION
The fourth seed Elena Rybakina meets Caroline Wozniacki after defeating Elena Gabriela Ruse and Laura Siegemund en route to this stage. The winner at Wimbledon just two years ago, the Kazakh 25-year-old will be fired up to move into the second week and go deep once again.
Caroline Wozniacki is aiming to equal her best performance at Wimbledon by reaching the fourth round. She has reached that stage in six different editions with the last time coming in 2017 and she will be confident of getting there once again. She has been playing some good tennis this week and comes off a victory over 30th seed Leylah Fernandez which will only serve to boost her confidence further.
There are no previous meetings between the two to guide us here but Rybakina’s pedigree on grass certainly makes her the favourite. Wozniacki has enjoyed an excellent week so far but this match is likely to be one too far for her. Expect Rybakina to ease to victory.
