DOMINIC STRICKER VS HOLGER RUNE PREDICTION
Dominic Stricker overcame Tallon Griekspoor in the first round as he continues to build a bit of momentum and find something close to his best form. He did well last week but he will be even more motivated to do well in his native Switzerland.
In the win over Griekspoor, he fired down 14 aces and he will be looking to maintain that fine form on his serve here.
Holger Rune beat Nicolas Jarry 6-4 7-6 to move into the round of 16. The Dane has not been himself of late but there is no doubting his calibre when he is on form. There were signs in the recent Asian leg of the tour that he was regaining some of his better form.
Stricker will have home support on his side but whether that will be enough to beat Rune remains to be seen. We have to lean towards Rune in this one to move into the quarter-finals.
