DOMINIC STRICKER VS GRIGOR DIMITROV PREDICTION
Dominic Stricker is enjoying an excellent week in Stockholm so far as he has beaten Aleksandar Kovacevic and Matteo Berrettini. He now faces an even tougher test in Grigor Dimitrov as he bids to make it to the semi-finals.
The 22-year-old left-hander has never faced Dimitrov before and this really be a good test of his credentials this week.
Dimitrov is the third seed in Sweden this week and he edged past Frenchman Quentin Halys despite the big-server firing down an impressive 19 aces in their two sets. Dimitrov still generated nine break points and had more than enough quality defensively to win in straight sets.
Stricker does not possess the same quality on serve and Dimitrov will be tuned up nicely to face him. We fully expect the Bulgarian veteran to have too much quality for Stricker and to progress into the semi-finals.
