BEN SHELTON VS FABIAN MAROZSAN PREDICTION
Ben Shelton is coming off hard-fought wins over Reilly Opelka and Tomas Martin Etcheverry, and the latter victory in the second round will give him plenty of confidence. With the incredible support from the crowd, they have helped drag him over the line when the going has gotten tough and he will rely on that support once again here.
Shelton showed great courage and determination in the win over Etcheverry and his serve was a key factor once again in the win. The one thing he will be desperate to improve on is on break points as he only won two of 11 against Etcheverry.
Shelton now meets Fabian Marozsan in the round of 16 and the Hungarian showed plenty of grit himself as he came back from a set down to beat veteran Grigor Dimitrov.
The pair have played each other once before and that came early this year on a hard court as Shelton won 6-3 6-4. Combined with home support, we expect Shelton to follow that up and get another win here to progress to the quarter-finals.
