World number 119 Andrej Martin should not be underestimate din this meeting with Belgrade Open 2 fifth seed Dusan Lajovic after the Slovak beat third seed Nikoloz Basilashvili on Wednesday. Basilashvili has won two titles this season already but eh could not cope with Martin’s form this week and that bodes well for the 31-year-old against Lajovic, who has often crumbled against positive pressure this past year. However, world number 39 Lajovic has looked in better shape than he has for some time in his native Belgrade and is yet to drop a set with wins over Ricardas Berankis and Jeremy Chardy so this result looks a difficult pick. Lajovic should be winning this one but his form, and confidence, has been suspect for some time, although playing at home looks to be helping him through that. Take the Serb to win outright, with his opponent well capable of forcing a decider here.
