THE PREDICTION

Wasps put back-to-back defeats to Exeter and Saracens behind them with a solid display at winless Bath, leaving the 17-27 victors to end the weekend in the centre of the Premiership table. They look set to contribute to a potentially crazy match on Sunday with visiting Harlequins aiming to get back on the horse after their own 22-29 defeat by Sarries last Sunday. The reigning champions have lost twice to Sarries once and Leicester’s none but bonus points are keeping them in touching distance of their title rivals and Wasps are likely to score well at home for what could be a huge total. Quins will miss the likes of Louis Lynagh and Marcus Smith here and backing Wasps to win outright in a match that sails over 40 points looks to be the way this tight one falls. Perhaps giving the hosts a +2 head-start is a sensible concession.
