THE PREDICTION
Exeter Chiefs snapped a three-match losing streak last Saturday with an impressive 24-15 victory over in-form Gloucester. They should be able to double down as they travel to Newcastle Falcons with their hosts winless in three matches across all competitions following a 37-21 loss at Bristol Bears last time out. A bye week last weekend for the hosts is unlikely to help them claim a first home win since mid-December over fellow strugglers Worcester Warriors in the Challenge Cup. Newcastle’s last win in the Premiership came in a 14-15 upset in the reverse of this fixture way back in early November but five defeats and a draw since suggests taking the visitors to cover -4 looks a reasonable option here.
