THE PREDICTION

Exeter Chiefs conceded two late tries in a breath-taking Play-Off final back in June as they were stunned by Harlequins. They will go back to the drawing board with an immediate reclamation of the Premiership title in mind but the return of Saracens makes this season a wholly more difficult test. A trip to Leicester Tigers is a tough first fixture if the hosts play anything like they ended last season on their own turf. The Tigers finished sixth after a late flurry of strong performances at home and they finished runners-up to Montpellier in the Challenge Cup, with plenty of positives to improve upon this season. With fans in attendance the hosts could push this to the wire, so taking Exeter to win outright seems a sensible option for the first match back.
