THE PREDICTION

Reigning champions Harlequins fell further away from the top of the Premiership after a 19-10 defeat away at Saracens in some pretty foul conditions last Sunday. It was their third defeat on the spin and travelling Wasps would leapfrog them into third place with a victory here that looks well on the cards given their respective forms. The visitors have won three Premiership matches in a row, with two brilliant victories at home to Saracens and away at Exeter Chiefs were backed up by a more comfortable 42-24 defeat of rock-bottom Bath last Saturday. Conditions are likely to be poor here, there and everywhere this weekend so backing Wasps for the outright win looks a reasonable move with points possibly hard to come by.
