THE PREDICTION
Bristol Bears saw defeat snapped from the jaws of victory as they lost 29-35 at home to Sale Sharks in the second leg of their Champions Cup quarter-final after beating them 9-10 in the opener. Four defeats from their last five matches across all competitions is poor form to face another tough opponent in Gloucester, who have won their last two away games in the Premiership Rugby Cup and Challenge Cup. A 31-21 victory over Northampton Saints in their Challenge Cup play-off is a solid working level to take here and Bristol will be missing star man Semi Radrada who will not return until next season as he undergoes knee surgery. Back Gloucester with a +2 head start to sneak this one.
