THE PREDICTION
Bath grabbed their third win of the Premiership season with a 25-30 smash and grab away at Newcastle Falcons last Saturday. They could well haul themselves off the bottom of the table this weekend with a bonus point win here but they would need other results to go their way. Still, there are some encouraging shoots of hope ahead of this big West Country clash at home to rivals Bristol Bears. The visitors won the reverse fixture 25-20 back when they were struggling at the start of the season and they look the slight favourites to edge this result too, with three away wins already this season across all competitions. This could come closer than some expect and backing the hosts to sneak it with a hefty +4 head-start could be the shrewd move here, although taking the visitors to win outright remains the sensible option.
