THE PREDICTION

After a shaky start to the new Premiership season Wasps have gone on a five-match winning streak in all competitions and came out on top of a crazy 44-52 game away to Bath last time out. They started this weekend’s fixtures in fourth place but if results go their way elsewhere they could make a real challenge for the top of the league here with a bonus-point victory and Harlequins are not at their best right now. A 27-27 draw at home to London Irish last time out made it five matches without a win over all competitions, including a default loss to Worcester in the match previous due to covid-19 cases in their camp. Wasps are clearly capable of outscoring their opponents and the draw last time out for Quins suggests they will be able to contribute to another mammoth scoreline so taking Wasps to win a match that goes well over 40 points looks a good option here.
