THE PREDICTION

Exeter Chiefs have won their last four Premiership matches in a row since losing in the Champions Cup quarter-finals to Leinster and they look set to outrun Sale Sharks to the second home play-off game. The reigning champions will have nothing less than finishing in first place in their sights, though, and will be extra motivated come Sunday if Bristol Bears lose their Friday night clash at Sale Sharks. Visiting Newcastle Falcons played exceptionally well to all-but end Northampton Saints play-off hopes last time out 18-10 at home but this away match looks a daunting task indeed. Limited fans will return to Sandy Park on Sunday and that should give the Chiefs some extra vigour here to cover a massive -20 and possibly more.
