THE PREDICTION

Exeter Chiefs look to be on their way back from a poor spell and were assured in their 9-15 win away to high-flying Newcastle Falcons on Sunday. Having avoided a potential banana skin there they will return to Sandy Park with confidence that they can overturn travelling London Irish, who are capable scorers but rather porous in defence. The Exiles have been clinical enough against the teams below them and are on an unbeaten run of three games now but they should be overpowered by their hosts in a fairly comprehensive manner here. The Chiefs can cover -10 at home here to heap pressure on Bristol above them in the Premiership table.
