THE PREDICTION
Bath will be disappointed to have lost a home game against Top 14 opposition in the Challenge Cup semi-finals last weekend but they ultimately could not match Montpellier. They return to a Premiership season they little left to invest in now and this could be a fairly one-sided derby between two old rivals as visiting Bristol look to extend their lead at the top. Bristol were pegged back by chasing Exeter Chiefs last time out in the Premiership with a 12-20 defeat at home but they are still eight points ahead before this weekend’s fixtures and they look well capable of winning here. Take the visitors to match the -8 points that Montpellier won here by last Saturday.
