GLASGOW WARRIORS
- Glasgow Warriors will need to show the grit they demonstrated in last week's Pro 14 clash with Benetton if they are to challenge Exeter and keep their hopes of progression to the quarter-finals of the Champions Cup alive.
- Nick Grigg is out for the Warriors after he suffered a nasty head knock last week which resulted in him making a visit to hospital but a host of regular starters are back in the fold after sitting out last week.
- Scotland’s Jonny Gray is one of those to come back into the side for the Warriors and he will be keen to put in a big performance in front of his future employers with the lock moving to Exeter next season.
EXETER CHIEFS
- Exeter Chiefs have all but sealed their spot in the quarter-finals but will want to progress on their own terms as they head to Glasgow attempting to maintain their 100% record in Pool 2.
- The Chiefs have several injury issues at present but have recalled Jonny Hill for this contest after he was rested for last week's game although he will have to settle for a place among the interchanges.
- Dave Dennis will not feature for Exeter after illness ruled him out whilst the Chiefs have also decided not to risk Sam Simmonds due to the artificial surface but Stuart Hogg will return to his old stomping ground for the first time after he was named at fullback.
THE PREDICTION
Glasgow Warriors have it all to do if they are to progress in the European Champions Cup. Top spot in Pool 2 is almost certainly going to Exeter and it is the English side that can dent their chances of a spot as one of the best runners-up. The Chiefs are not at full-strength for this clash but still have plenty of quality in their ranks and they should be able to extend their unbeaten start to the competition by claiming their fifth straight win here.
