Both St. George Illawarra Dragons and Wests Tigers come into this game showing signs that they have turned the corner after poor starts to the season as each side has now won both of their last two matches. The Dragons have overcome both Newcastle Knights and the Sydney Roosters and the win over the latter will certainly have given them a major boost in confidence. Wests have meanwhile claimed two wins by a single point each against Parramatta Eeles and South Sydney Rabbitohs. The form of Jackson Hastings has inspired the Wests and he will be a key man once again. He could well be the decisive factor in a game where there really is little between the two teams. Wests won both matches last year and they are marginally favoured to edge this one too.
