THE PREDICTION
Gold Coast Titans suffered an eighth straight loss as they plunged further into difficulty at the wrong end of the NRL ladder. They lost out to Canterbury Bulldogs last week and are locked on points with Wests Tigers at the bottom. They showed signs of improvement last week but there is still plenty to work on and it will be tough for them to end their losing streak as they host Canberra Raiders. The road team are chasing a spot in the finals and have won three of their last four after they produced an excellent second half fightback to overcome New Zealand Warriors in their latest encounter. Ricky Stuart’s side scored 26 unanswered points to overturn a 0-14 half-time deficit and with confidence high on the back of that comeback, the Raiders should be able to make it seven wins in eight clashes against the Warriors.
