Coming off of a decision victory over Saimon Oliveira earlier this year, Tony Gravely (22-7) will be looking to make it back to back wins this weekend. Currently 3-2 in his last five professional outings, Gravely has the perfect opportunity to establish some momentum heading into the summer of 2022.
As for Johnny Munoz Jr. (11-1), Munoz Jr. put his promotional debut defeat to Nate Maness behind him when he submitted Jamey Simmons in his last fight. Johnny was given the chance to compete in the UFC following an impressive stint across the regional promotions. Now, he will be aiming to pick up his second win in the UFC.

Heading into this weekend’s bantamweight bout, Munoz Jr. will have the advantage in both the height and reach department.
This is certainly an intriguing matchup. Johnny’s submission game is lethal and could cause Gravely some real problems on the mat.
With that being said, Gravely is by far the better boxer and wrestler of the two. We suspect that Gravely will be cautious and calculated from the off and look to use his defensive wrestling to keep the fighting standing. On top of that, his good cardio and efficient striking will eventually be enough to get the job done this weekend.
