TOM NOLAN VS ALEX REYES LOWDOWN

‘Big Train’ Tom Nolan will be relishing the opportunity to fight on home turf and the lightweight will want to build on his TKO win last time out. He finished Victor Martinez in the first round at UFC Fight Night 241 just three months ago and this will be his third fight already in 2024.

After suffering the first loss of his professional MMA career in January to Nikolas Motta who stopped him with punches, Nolan bounced back in style and he will look to extend his 7-1 record here.

He meets 37-year-old American Alex Reyes who brings his 13-4 record into this fight. Reyes has had some career after losing his first two pro fights, he went on a 13-fight win streak. That earned a place in the UFC but the veteran has lost both fights in the organisation by KO/TKO in the first round.

TOM NOLAN VS ALEX REYES PREDICTION

This match feels like one fight on the card that has been scheduled by the matchmakers to be favourable to the home fighter and this is one that Big Train Tom Nolan really should be winning. Reyes has been knocked out in both his UFC fights after stepping up from the regional circuit and he looks somewhat out of his depth.

24-year-old Nolan has good power for a lightweight and he should blow the declining Reyes away early on much to the home delight.

PREDICTION: Tom Nolan to win by KO/TKO
