THE PREDICTION
Getafe halted their underwhelming season with a tight 2-0 win away to Cadiz last weekend. Victory was secured in the 94th minute after a classically Cholismo and Jose Bordalas performance in which they managed to collect seven yellow cards. It was their first win seven games since a victory over Barcelona in October. They come up against an impressive Celta side who, like a couple of others, have dramatically improved since the November international break. A 2-0 win at home to Alaves was their fourth win in a row. An attack that consists the likes of Denis Suarez, Iago Aspas, Santi Mina and Nolito has always looked good on paper but it is beginning to to work on the pitch, too. This is a clash between two very different styles and therefore a prediction is difficult. However, Getafe’s defensive improvement against Cadiz should mean it is low-scoring as Celta look to secure an extension of their unbeaten run.
