COMO PREVIEW: CESC’S COMO
Last season, Como gained promotion to the top-flight with now Head of Development Oisin Roberts officially in charge but Cesc Fabregas is now officially head coach after completing his coaching badges. The hosts embarked upon a busy summer transfer window which saw the arrival of many big names.
They have been very entertaining to watch throughout this season with their nine matches so far consisting of 27 goals. The hosts come into this one on the back of a slender 1-0 defeat to an impressive Torino side at the weekend with youngster Alieu Njie scoring a 75th minute winner for Torino in that game.
LAZIO PREVIEW: BARONI’S LAZIO
Over the summer, Marco Baroni departed Hellas Verona, where he had miraculously steered them clear from the bottom three and the relegation places, for Lazio. It had been a steady start to the season but the capital city club have been much-improved across all competitions in the last month and a half or so.
The visitors have won six of their last seven matches across all competitions as they propel themselves up the Serie A table. They come into this one on the back of a 3-0 hammering of Genoa at the Stadio Olimpico at the weekend with goals coming from Tijjani Noslin, Pedro and Matias Vecino.
COMO TEAM NEWS: NO VAN DER BREMPT
Como have a bit of a star studded squad with Argentina international Nico Paz enjoying an impressive month and a half of the campaign amid the likes of Andrea Belotti.
They will be without Belgian defender Ignacio Van Der Brempt for this week. There are defensive issues after the early and shock retirement of Raphael Varane last month.
PREDICTED XI (4-2-3-1): Audero; Goldaniga, Dossena, Kempf, Alberto Moreno; Maximo Perrone, Sergi Roberto; Strefezza, Nico Paz, Fadera; Cutrone

COMO VS LAZIO PREDICTION
Como will continue to try and play their entertaining style of football which has produced an average of three goals per game so far this season. They will get at Lazio in this game by the lake but the form of Lazio, both in terms of performances and results, is not to be sniffed at. This could be quite an entertaining encounter but still siding with the away team is the safest way to go.
