THE PREDICTION

Equatorial Guinea and Morocco both enjoyed successful CAF qualification campaigns for the 2022 FIFA World Cup a few months ago - Morocco, though, to a greater extent. Equatorial Guinea posed a legitimate challenge to Tunisia whilst the Moroccans, led by Vahid Halilhodzic, look to be one of the strongest sides in the upcoming AFCON competition. They will be disappointed, though, by a quarter-final elimination in last month’s FIFA Arab Cup against eventual winners Algeria. Morocco have a lot of depth to rotate and, given that this is a warm-up match, rotation should be expected. That shouldn’t affect the likely outcome of a Moroccan victory, though.
