Following promotion last season, Werder Bremen head into the final four match days of the 2022/23 Bundesliga season sitting in the bottom-half of the table but all but pretty much assured of survival. They now face a Bayern Munich side that, under the management of Thomas Tuchel, went back to the top-of-the-table last weekend with Borussia Dortmund slipping up and the Bavarians defeating bottom-of-the-table Hertha Berlin by two goals to nil. The visitors are unlikely to give Dortmund any more glaring chances to win the title so a comfortable Bayern win is expected for this one.
