THE LOWDOWN
CRYSTAL PALACE
- Crystal Palace suffered a miserable Boxing Day that saw them forced to play away at Spurs despite numerous COVID-19 cases, which also saw Patrick Viera absent from the dugout at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with the Eagles losing 3-0.
- To make matters worse, key attacker Wilfried Zaha was sent off for two bookable offences and will be suspended for the visit of Norwich, a huge blow for the hosts from an attacking perspective.
NORWICH
- Norwich fell to a fourth straight defeat without scoring last time out after being thrashed 0-5 by an in-form Arsenal at Carrow Road, leaving them rooted to the bottom of the Premier League.
- The Canaries are expected to be without first-choice goalkeeper Tim Krul after he tested positive for COVID-19, whilst injuries sideline centre-backs Grant Hanley, Andrew Omobamidele and Christoph Zimmermann

THE PREDICTION
Right now, it’s difficult to see where Norwich’s next point will come from, let alone victory. Dean Smith’s side have shipped 11 goals across their last four games with none scored and injuries to their backline continue to plague them. Crystal Palace may be significantly weaker going forward without Zaha on the pitch, however a home side with the likes of Conor Gallagher and Odsonne Edouard within their ranks should still contain enough firepower to overwhelm the Canaries and ultimately pick up victory in this one, although be sure to back them via the draw no bet market for extra security.
