Bournemouth came within moments of securing their first Premier League win of the season before the international break, but had to settle for draw at Brentford.
The Cherries initially went behind to a Mathias Jensen goal early in the first half, but drew level on the half-hour mark thanks to Dominic Solanke. David Brooks then put Andoni Iraola's men in front with a little over ten minutes of normal time remaining, but Bryan Mbeumo bagged his fourth league goal of the season late on to deprive Bournemouth a maiden victory.
CHELSEA
The 0-1 defeat to Nottingham Forest two weeks ago showed that there is still plenty of work to do for new manager Maurizio Pochettino, with his side sitting in the bottom half of the Premier League table heading into the weekend.
After looking impressive in the 3-0 defeat of Luton a week prior, hopes were high that the Blues could follow it up with another three points against Forest, but wasted chances cost them as Anthony Elanga's second-half goal was enough to separate the sides.

Tyler Adams, Ryan Fredericks, Emiliano Marcondes and Alex Scott remain on the sidelines, but Dango Ouattara is now available for selection.

It's two steps forward, one step back for Chelsea at the moment and it will have been a long two weeks for Maurizio Pochettino to dwell on the disappointing home defeat to Nottingham Forest. This is perhaps a good fixture for them to bounce back in though, as they face a Bournemouth outfit who haven't kept a clean sheet in their last ten competitive encounters - a run stretching back to April. Back the London side to respond here, keeping a clean sheet in the process.
