THE PREDICTION
Both these sides meet at Stamford Bridge desperate for victory, with Chelsea having won just once in their last five Premier League games, whilst Wolves are winless in their last six. Stamford Bridge has proven a hotbed of drama this week, with manager Frank Lampard having been sacked by owner Roman Abramovich and is set to be replaced by former Dortmund and PSG manager Thomas Tuchel with the German expected to be in the dugout for this game. Whilst goals haven’t proved a problem for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side, defensively they have been found wanting with no clean sheet to their name in the league since October. Chelsea haven’t fared much better at the back, keeping just two clean sheets in their last nine league matches. Whilst the outcome of this match could go either way with Wolves winning 2-1 in the reverse fixture at Molineux, both teams to score is expected.
