THE PREDICTION

Portland Timbers bounced back from their loss to Vancouver Whitecaps in their MLS opener by overcoming Houston Dynamo at the weekend. That was a confidence-boosting win ahead of hosting America in the first leg of their CONCACAF Champions League quarter-final and they will believe they can build on that against the visitors.
