Becoming ever more popular on FPL is Southampton right-back Kyle Walker-Peters (£4.6m), after the defender secured a fourth clean sheet in six Premier League matches in Gameweek 8, as the Saints beat Newcastle 2-0. Also a hugely popular full-back is Tariq Lamptey (£4.7m) at Brighton. A first clean sheet of the season for Lamptey saw him pick up six FPL points in Gameweek 8 and he now has 15 FPL points in his last two gameweeks.
Gameweek 9 sees Southampton travel to Wolves, whilst Brighton are away at Aston Villa. Two tricky fixtures for these two full-backs and difficult decision in which to plump for. Walker-Peters is marginally cheaper, whilst Lamptey offers more attacking threat. It is that additional attacking threat that sees us edge towards the Seagulls defender here, with clean sheets a tough ask for both.
