Everton remain at the summit of the Premier League table after making such a good start to the season, however they were brought back down to earth slightly after losing 2-0 away at Southampton in Gameweek 6, with the widely owned James Rodriguez (£8.0m) picking up just two FPL points. Meanwhile, it was a much more successful gameweek for Wilfried Zaha (£7.3m) as the Crystal Palace midfielder provided a goal and an assist in the Eagles' 1-2 win over Fulham.
Zaha will look to carry that momentum into Gameweek 7 as his side travel to Wolves. Being deployed as a striker has turned given Zaha extra license to score which he has sometimes missed when playing out on the wing. However, Wolves have proven a tough nut to crack this season, conceding just one goal in their last three league games. With Everton away to Newcastle, we believe that the fixtures narrowly favour Rodriguez, with the Toffees having scored twice in their last three league games against the Magpies. In what looks a very close head-to-head, the Everton star just about takes the spoils for us.
