FPL Gameweek 6 – head-to-head comparisons: Ross Barkley vs Wilfried Zaha
A late winner from Ross Barkley (£5.9m) for Aston Villa against Leicester saw the Chelsea loanee pick up 11 FPL points in Gameweek 5. Whilst Crystal Palace's Wilfried Zaha (£7.2m) took advantage of seemingly being established on penalty duties when Luka Milivojevic is not on the pitch. The Ivorian scored from the spot and earned nine FPL points in the Eagles' 1-1 draw with bitter rivals Brighton.
Barkley will be hoping to keep up his scoring run having netted in both his two league starts for Aston Villa so far this season, as they host Leeds in Gameweek 6. Zaha will want to add to his four league goals already scored this campaign as Palace travel to Fulham. Both look enticing FPL options and both could well get on the scoresheet here. However, the difficulty of the respective opposition sees us lean more towards Zaha, who scored against Fulham at Craven Cottage last time they graced the Premier League back in the 2018/19 season.
