FPL Gameweek 5 – head-to-head comparisons: Raheem Sterling vs Kevin De Bruyne

Both these Man City midfielders have made strong starts to the season from an FPL perspective. They make up two of the three highest FPL scorers from midfield this season with Raheem Sterling (£12.3m) on 37 points and Kevin De Bruyne (£9.8m) joint with Mo Salah on 36 points. Both are guaranteed to continue giving their owners a high points return throughout the season and each will be looking to add to their tally away at Norwich in Gameweek 5. With little to separate the two players in terms of FPL points, their respective prices come to the forefront and with De Bruyne currently priced at £2.5m less than Sterling, we’d advise choosing the Belgian and using the spare money to stock up on high priced FPL assets elsewhere (if you only decide to go with one of them).
