FPL Gameweek 5 – head-to-head comparisons: Neal Maupay vs Callum Wilson
Brighton's Neil Maupay (£6.6m) scored his fourth goal in three Premier League games and picked up six FPL points although the Seagulls fell to a 4-2 defeat away at Everton. Newcastle's Callum Wilson (£6.4m) was also in the goals, scoring twice, providing an assist and racking up 16 FPL points as the Magpies beat Burnley 3-1 at St James' Park.
Brighton travel to Crystal Palace in what is traditionally a fierce rivalry, whilst Newcastle host a Man Utd side who have conceded 11 goals in their first three league games. Considering that record compared to Palace, who have conceded just two goals in their opening two home matches and Wilson looks the better option from an FPL perspective here.
